Spinach pkhali is still pleasantly spicy, Megrelian khachapuri has the right curd flavour of Imereti cheese, garlic chicken chkmeruli really melts in your mouth, and panna cotta from matsoni with cinnamon, walnut jam and nuts in honey has a magical property to disappear from the clay pot in the blink of an eye.
